Vesper Lynd is exquisite quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 15ml gin gingin and 15ml gin pink pure folie with 70ml sparkling wine rose and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add thin slice of strawberry to glass then pour in half a shot of gin and pour in the rose wine. Sprinkle the pink gin on top and served in a flute glass cold.
