  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Dry stir well in the absence of ice.

Vermouth Cassis is scrumptious average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml vermouth dry french noilly prat and 30ml blackcurrant liqueur continental with 40ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just fill glass with ice then add ingredients to mixing glass and dry stir well in the absence of ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
