  1. Place ice into collins glass.

Vana Tallinn Collins is moreish average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml vana tallinn and 10ml lime juice with 60ml syphon vichy as well as 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into collins glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
