Uncertain Reward is delectable standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml pineapple liqueur diablo and 15ml tequila gold cazcabel with 10ml bitters coriander as well as 45ml soda water including 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just palce ice into glass then pour in pineapple liqueur and add gold rum. Add soda water and sprinkle coriander bitters on top and garnish with coriander and served in a highball glass cold.
