Umlazi Highball is palatable very strong cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Built with 60ml cane spirit mainstay and 30ml citrofortunella juice with 10ml bitters blood orange as well as 190ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to glass then add cane sprit and add orange juice. Sprinkle bitters over top and served in a highball glass cold.
