Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with peel.

Ultraviolet is nummy full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml violet liqueur massenez and 30ml gin pink rocky jones with 50ml grapefruit juice as well as 10ml violet syrup monin including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
