ULSD is refreshing full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml umeshu kikkoman and 30ml lambanog infanta with 30ml soda water as well as 10ml dangyuja juice including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into tumbler style glass then pour in the umeshu and add the lambanog. Layer in the soda water and sprinkle the dangyuja juice on top and served in a highball glass cold.
