Method - Stirred - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Dry stir.
Pour into glass.
Place finger lime pulp on top and a few drops of bitters.

Gin Eimverk - Eimverk gin is made from barley grown in Iceland and botanicals either wild picked from the highlands or organically grown.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Finger Lime Syrup - Finger Lime cleaned and juiced then cooked with sugar and water to make a thick sugar syrup with strong finger lime taste.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Twitcher is piquant full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin eimverk and 60ml soda water with 10ml finger lime syrup as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add ingredients to mixing glass and dry stir. Pour into glass and place finger lime pulp on top and a few drops of bitters and served in a highball glass cold.
