Method - Shaken - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick dry shake without ice.
Pour into glass over ice.
Garnish with pineapple.

Rum 151 Proof - Overproof rums are much higher than the standard rums made from sugar and high in alcohol.

Amaretto - Amaretto is a sweet liqueur flavoured from benzaldehyde that provides the principal almond like flavour.

Sugar Palm - Palm Sugar is a sweetener derived from any variety of palm tree

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Pineapple Brecheche - Brecheche Pineapple are a small size and their leaves are medium and olive colored and they are shaped cylindrically and the fruit is yellow color and also spiked free.

Twister is invigorating very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum 151 proof and 15ml amaretto with 10ml sugar palm as well as 45ml pineapple juice including 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just fill glass with ice then add all ingredients to shaker and quick dry shake without ice. Pour into glass over ice and garnish with pineapple and served in a highball glass cold.
