  1. Chill serving glass to ice cold.
  2. Add eau de cordiale liqueur to glass.
  3. Pour in the ice cold wine.
  4. Drinks well with mushroom croquettes.

Just chill serving glass to ice cold then add eau de cordiale liqueur to glass and pour in the ice cold wine and drinks well with mushroom croquettes and served in a wine glass cold.
