Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Pour in bourbon amaretto and lemon juice into shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Fill glass with ice.
  6. Top with lemon soda.
  7. Tart

Twilight Sour is tart very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml bourbon william larue and 15ml amaretto with 15ml lemon juice as well as 30ml lemon soda pub squash including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add half the ice to shaker then pour in bourbon amaretto and lemon juice into shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and top with lemon soda and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
