Method - Shaken - Cold

Coat glass with absinthe.
Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.

Twenty First Century is finger licking heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml tequila cabo wabo and 15ml creme de cacao with 20ml lemon juice as well as 10ml absinthe distilleries et doma including 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just coat glass with absinthe then place ice into shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
