Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Dress top with orange twist.

Gin Dry Boodles - Boodles dry gin made with grain neutral spirits made with labour and patience gin dry.

Vermouth - Vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine delicate and balanced crisp refreshing drink flavoured with various botanicals and essences of herbs and spices.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Orange Peel - Skin of a orange also known as peel or zest high in orange oil.

Tweed is exquisite very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin dry boodles and 50ml vermouth with 10ml bitters as well as 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and dress top with orange twist and served in a martini glass cold.
