  4. Add IOU to side of glass.

Treasury Bond is beguiling light cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml peppermint liqueur green vedrenne and 70ml lemon soda with 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just put the ice into glass then pour in one ounce green peppermint liqueur and top glass lemon soda and add iou to side of glass and served in a highball glass cold.
