Tranen is enjoyable full bodied cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin genever barrel aged bols and 30ml mayonnaise with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml egg yolk and best with morning tea snacks. Just warm shaker and heat cubes then add all ingredients to warm shaker and quick shake then rest. Shake well again and strain into glass and serve with smoked herring and cocktail bread on the side and served in a saucer glass warm.
