Tonsure is qustosas medium cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 60ml wine red chianti and 30ml port wine tawny christian brothers with 60ml water holy and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just warm serving wine glass then add port wine into glass and pour in the red wine. Stir in the holy water and served in a wine glass at room temperature.
