Tom Gin is tasteful full strength cocktail at 2.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin dry australian boutique spirits and 15ml absinthe jacques senaux with 10ml bitters orange west indian as well as 10ml gum syrup including 10ml chartreuse liqueur green also 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and slowly stir well until mixed. Fine strain into cocktail glass and served in a martini glass cold.
