Method
  1. Add thin pineapple slice into tall glass.
  2. Drop in a little ice.
  3. Pour in the plymouth gin.
  4. Add syrup and juice.
  5. Stir in soda water.
  6. Top glass with more ice.

Tom Collins Mrs De Salis is succulent above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin plymouth and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 50ml soda water including 190ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add thin pineapple slice into tall glass then drop in a little ice and pour in the plymouth gin. Add syrup and juice and stir in soda water and top glass with more ice and served in a highball glass cold.
