Toe Jam is enjoyable quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy st agnes vs and 30ml amaretto liqueur luxardo with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
