Tip Top Punch is delicious full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 65ml sparkling wine white and 15ml curacao briottet with 20ml pineapple naini jubilee and good with afternoon tea. Just small dice pineapple then add pineapple to glass and pour in curacao. Pour in the sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
