Method
  1. Place tangelo peel to a short glass.
  2. Clean tangelo segments and add to glass.
  3. Muddle well until mixed.
  4. Stir in the vodka.
  5. Top glass with ice cubes.

Tincture Of Tangelo Peel is biting strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml vodka rice jance distillery and 50ml tangelo with 20ml tangelo peel as well as 60ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place tangelo peel to a short glass then clean tangelo segments and add to glass and muddle well until mixed. Stir in the vodka and top glass with ice cubes and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
