  1. Place ice into tall glass.
  2. Add in half the soda water.
  3. Pour in whiskey and syrup.
  4. Top with soda water.

Thurmond is palatable average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whiskey and 10ml bearberry syrup with 60ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into tall glass then add in half the soda water and pour in whiskey and syrup. Top with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
