Tsipouro Katsaros

10ml

Lemon Juice

45ml

Soda Water

6% Alcohol By Volume

12 Proof

1.4 Standard Drinks

Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Add pinch of salt to glass.
Pour in the tsipouro brandy.
Splash in the lemon juice.
Top glass with soda water.
Fress top with lemon.

Tsipouro Katsaros - Katsaros tsipouro is bright water white and fruity aroma of the special variety of muscat tirnavos.

Tsipouro Katsaros

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Thoosa is tasty weak cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml tsipouro katsaros and 10ml lemon juice with 45ml soda water as well as 190ml and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into glass then add pinch of salt to glass and pour in the tsipouro brandy. Splash in the lemon juice and top glass with soda water and fress top with lemon and served in a highball glass cold.
