Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Fine strain into glass.

Gin Passion - Passion gin spirit drink based on hydroalcoholic solution of cereals and juniper distillate expertly blended with passion fruit alcoholics such as papaja mango passion flower pineapple dragon fruit.

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Theo is restoring heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin passion and 15ml curacao blue with 15ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Fine strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
