Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add lime peel zest to glass.
  3. Add other ingredients into shaker.
  4. Vigorously shake.
  5. Fill glass with ice.
  6. Add more ice to glass.
  7. Garnish with a lime wheel.

The Doctor is zesty strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml swedish punsch kronan and 30ml lime juice with 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add half the ice to shaker then add lime peel zest to glass and add other ingredients into shaker. Vigorously shake and fill glass with ice and add more ice to glass and garnish with a lime wheel and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
