Lemon Juice

Orange Juice

Sugar Sugarloaf

Syphon Seltzer

9% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Pour in the gin.
Scrap in the sugar.
Add both juices.
Vigorously shake.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Add soda water to taste.

Gin Dry Ukiyo - Ukiyo Dry Gin is a natural next step for existing Japanese gin consumers displaying floral and sweet aromas of cherry blossom and green tea followed by a palate of Japanese botanicals and yuzu.

Shaken with 45ml gin dry ukiyo and 15ml lemon juice with 15ml orange juice as well as 15ml sugar sugarloaf including 100ml syphon seltzer also 50ml ice and served with or for breakfast.
