Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ingredients to mixing glass, less soda.
Stir well.
Pack ice in glass.
Pour ingredients over ice.
Top with soda.

Tequila Mariachi - Mariachi is a regional distilled beverage and type of alcoholic drink made from the blue agave plant primarily in the area surrounding the city of Tequila Mexican.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Tequila Collins is tasteful full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml tequila mariachi and 20ml soda water with 30ml lemon juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 10ml bitters also 190ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just add ingredients to mixing glass, less soda then stir well and pack ice in glass. Pour ingredients over ice and top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
