Tequila Caesar is delightful above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml tequila reposado padre azul and 40ml clamato juice with 10ml worcestershire sauce as well as 10ml tabasco sweet spicy pepper sauce including 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then place all the ingredients into shaker and quick shake. Pour all into rocks glass and add more ice to glass and garnish top with chili and lime and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
