Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Add sweet sherry to glass.
Add cranberry liqueur to glass.
Add soda water.
Float campari on top.

Cranberry Liqueur Lapponia - Lapponia cranberry liqueur is a full flavoured tart berry harvested in the spring from Arctic marshes where they are a particular favourite of the migrating crane.

Built with 30ml sherry sweet and 30ml cranberry liqueur lapponia with 20ml soda water as well as 10ml campari including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add sweet sherry to glass and add cranberry liqueur to glass. Add soda water and float campari on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
