Tencent is very enjoyable smooth cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml bigallet china china and 10ml loquat syrup with 110ml tea orange pekoe and best with morning tea snacks. Just warm sering glass then brew orange pekoe tea and add shot of bigallet to warm glass. Pour in the hote tea and stir in the loquat syrup and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
