Telegraph is dainty robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum red and 30ml vodka newcastle distilling with 40ml ginger ale soda as well as 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just fill glass with ice cubes then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
