Tel Aviv Summer is very enjoyable robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vodka see through and 15ml tequila sierra with 15ml cachaca pitu as well as 10ml lemon juice including 30ml grapefruit juice also 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice cubes to glass then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour into glass over ice and garnish with dried grapefruit and served in a highball glass cold.
