  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Pour in tangerine liqueur.
  3. Add tangerine juice.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with tangerine peel.

Tangerine Rickey is sharp standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml tangerine liqueur and 15ml tangerine juice with 55ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice then pour in tangerine liqueur and add tangerine juice. Top with soda water and garnish with tangerine peel and served in a highball glass cold.
