Method
  1. Part fill glass with ice.
  2. Add gin.
  3. Add tangerine juice.
  4. Top with soda water or flat water.
  5. Garnish with round slice of tangerine.
  6. Acidic Tonic

Tangerine Gimlet is acidic tonic full bodied cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin prince albert and 30ml tangerine juice with 30ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just part fill glass with ice then add gin and add tangerine juice. Top with soda water or flat water and garnish with round slice of tangerine and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
