Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with twist of tangelo peel.

Tangelo Syrup - Cook Tangelo sugar and watrer together to make a sweet thick syrup.

Tangelo Peel - The peel or zest of a Tangelo.

Tangelo Martini is freshening robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin dry nonesuch and 20ml tangelo juice with 10ml tangelo syrup as well as 100ml ice and works well with savoury style foods. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with twist of tangelo peel and served in a martini glass cold.
