Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick shake to mix.
Pour all into glass.
Top glass with ice cubes or crushed ice.
Garnsih with tangelo zest.

Shaken with 60ml gin modern four pillars and 15ml tangelo juice with 15ml tangelo syrup as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and top glass with ice cubes or crushed ice and garnsih with tangelo zest and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
