Tamarind Drink Classic is moreish watery cocktail with no alcohol. Built with 30ml tamarind syrup and 160ml water and best at tea time. Just add fruit and peel to glass then pour in the water and stir in the tamarind syrup and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
