Method - Stirred - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Dry stir well in the absence of ice.
Pour into glass over ice.
Sprinkle raisins on top.

Tamarind Soda - Agua de tamarindo is an agua fresca drink and is made from tamarind after it has been boiled in water has had its seeds removed and has been liquefied and combined with sugar.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Raisin - Raisins is a dried grape sweet and full of flavour and come in a number of types and colors.

Tamarind Drink is divine above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml feni coconut cazulo and 70ml tamarind soda with 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then add ingredients to mixing glass and dry stir well in the absence of ice. Pour into glass over ice and sprinkle raisins on top and served in a highball glass cold.
