Whisky Kavalan

30ml

Lemon Juice

190ml

Ice

28% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Place a small amount of ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients into shaker.
Quick shake to mix.
Pour all into collins glass.
Top glass with ice.

Whisky Kavalan - Kavalan Whisky series showcases the fine art of blending and the exquisite cask selection of Taiwan’s premier distillery.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Taiwanese Collins Classic is energizing very strong cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 70ml whisky kavalan and 30ml lemon juice with 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just place a small amount of ice into shaker then add all ingredients into shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into collins glass and top glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
