Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Pour all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Inspiriting

Rum Black - Black Rum are usually made from caramelized sugar or molasses. They are generally aged longer in heavily charred barrels giving them much stronger flavors.

Tafia is inspiriting quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum black and 15ml molasses with 30ml pineapple juice as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to shaker then pour all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
