Taco Tia is enjoyable very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml tequila gold pepe lopez and 30ml rum pineapple capricorn with 30ml pineapple juice as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into shaker then place all the ingredients into shaker and shake well. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with two julienne of pineapple and served in a martini glass cold.
