Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice into cocktail mixing glass.
Pour ingredients into bar mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Brandy - Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling pomace or marc or wine or fermented fruit juice and generally contains 35 to 60 alcohol by volume.

Curacao - Curacao is a liqueur made with the citrus of the Laraha a sour orange native to Curacao island.

Absinthe - Absinthe is an wormwood and anise flavored spirit derived from botanicals including the flowers and leaves of Artemisia absinthium together with green anise sweet fennel and other medicinal and culinary herbs and has a alcohol level between 45 to 75 percent.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

TNT Classic is pleasant tasting full strength cocktail at 2.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 35ml brandy and 35ml curacao with 10ml absinthe as well as 10ml bitters including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice into cocktail mixing glass then pour ingredients into bar mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
