Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Gently stir.
Strain into glass.

Amaro Badel - Badel Amaro is bitter sweet liquer produced according to the original recipe recognizable and acclaimed quality of Badel 1862.

Campari - Campari is an capsicum liqueur considered an aparitif obtained from the infusion of extract of capsicum herbs and fruit in alcohol and water. It is a bitter characterised by its dark red colour.

Olive Brine - Olive brine or olive salt solutions is the juice of olive with a high salt content.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Sparkling Wine White - Sparkling white wine is a wine with significant levels of carbon dioxide in it making it fizzy.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Sweet Olive is dainty full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml amaro badel and 15ml campari with 10ml olive brine as well as 10ml lemon juice including 35ml sparkling wine white also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
