Method
  1. Add a little ice cubes into glass.
  2. Place a few slices of lemon into glass.
  3. Add more ice.
  4. Pour in suze bitters.
  5. Top glass with tonic water.
  6. Drinks well with strong cheese.

Suze Tonic is energizing light cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml bitters suze and 70ml tonic water with 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just add a little ice cubes into glass then place a few slices of lemon into glass and add more ice. Pour in suze bitters and top glass with tonic water and drinks well with strong cheese and served in a highball glass cold.
