Sutherland Point is exquisite mild cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum dark hercules and 10ml lime syrup with 150ml coconut water and best with lunch. Just add shot of rum into glass then splash in a little lime syrup and stir in the coconut water and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
