Method - Layered - Room Temperature

Drop a few halfed cherry tomatos into glass.
Pour in the hemp gin.
Add thin tomato juice.
Sprinkle the coriander bitters on top.
Dress top with sprig of coriander.

Sprinkle the coriander bitters on top and dress top with sprig of coriander and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
