Method - Poured - Cold

In collins glass add ice cubes.
Pour in shot of apple brandy.
Top with lemon soda.
Place IOU on the side of glass.

Just in collins glass add ice cubes then pour in shot of apple brandy and top with lemon soda and place iou on the side of glass and served in a highball glass cold.
