Supersonic is very palatable full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml violet liqueur zymurgorium and 70ml champagne rose and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place the violet liqueur into glass then pour in the champagne and served in a flute glass cold.
