Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with candied violet flower.

Sunset Peak is luscious very strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml amarula cream and 30ml whisky nonesuch with 10ml violet syrup and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with candied violet flower and served in a liqueur glass cold.
