Sum Of All Fears is delicioso robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vodka chili absolut peppar and 30ml tequila chili rio grande with 30ml lime juice as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to shaker then slice chilli and add to shaker and add all ingredients to bar shaker. Quick shake to mix and fine strain into glass and garnish with stuffed chili olives and served in a saucer glass cold.
